I was first exposed to kink when I moved to San Francisco, CA. I had heard about this event called the Folsom Street Fair which is essentially a kinky street festival. I had never really seen bondage before, and definitely not rope bondage. There was a large performance stage and became entranced watching a woman be tied up with rope, suspended, and then beaten with a flogger. It was one of the hottest things I had ever seen…but I wasn’t sure what to do with that information.

Years later I was at a Burning Man party and a friend of mine introduced me to someone at the party. He said (without knowing my past), “This is ***, he likes to tie girls up!” We had a brief interaction, but I couldn’t stop thinking about him or what my friend said. I reached out to him on Facebook and asked about his rope bondage. We agreed to meet and try it together. I fell in love both with rope and him. We tied weekly, took classes together, and even did a performance/informative workshop.

Unfortunately that relationship did end, but my love of shibari and the kinky lifestyle had just begun. I met a lovely group down in LA and became the go-to model for any traveling riggers who needed a demo bottom. I also performed at several conferences around the states like BED and FIRE, and met the most incredible people who let me to continue to explore my other desires outside of rope.

I took a long break from the scene and I find myself back in a very different context - I’m not modeling anymore. I tie with a select few who I grew connections with over the last decade. It’s been a hard adjustment to not be the “it” girl anymore, I’m older now. Married. I’m not a desirable “catch” anymore, but kink still is an incredibly important part of my life.

So why am I here now? Well, I became a life coach in 2023. And though I love to coach people on a variety of more normal issues like motivation, career changes, relationships, etc. I have a wealth of knowledge in regards to kink and the scene.  I want to help people navigate the specific challenges that can come with that - especially new people. It’s fun and exciting but there are also huge risks, physically and emotionally, that they might not be aware of. 

I can help those navigate through the beginning of their kink journey. I can help them get clear on their desires, tips to find the right partner, gaining the confidence and communication skills necessary to be in this kinky world in a fun and safe way.

I can also help those who have been in the scene a long time navigate through the changes in the scene, their bodies, their desires or relationships. 

I know personally that I feel the safest sharing my goals and desires with people who know about the kinky lifestyle. They know my language.

I hope to be that person for anyone looking for a little extra support.
